I was born and raised in Maryland moving to Charlotte, NC in 2000 to open and run an office for the construction company I was working for at that time. In 2008 life presented me with the opportunity to go to massage school so I left my job of 12 years and enrolled into school. I graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage (now Southeastern Institute) in May of 2009 and
received my Massage and Bodywork license in October. I have always had an interest in health,
fitness, and the body’s ability to heal itself. Being able to help someone enjoy life with a little less pain, stress or other ailment is a true honor that I am grateful they trust me with. I look forward to the life time of continued learning that Massage and Bodywork offers and the chances to bring new techniques to my clients to help improve their sessions. I am trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Neuromuscular massage. I am also certified to used Hot Stone and Reiki energy work with my therapy sessions.
