​​A credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments and will only be charged if you miss the appointment without proper notice. At checkout, you can pay using cash,credit card, or FSA/HSA card.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. You can modify your appointment online, via text, or by calling 980-202-2024. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours incur a 50% charge, while no-shows are charged the full 100% of the appointment total. If the card on file can't be charged, you'll receive an invoice, which must be paid before your next appointment.​

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time or may be canceled if there's not enough time to begin. You'll be charged the full amount for the service, regardless of whether the appointment is shortened or canceled.
